Cub Scouts is a year-round family oriented program designed for boys who are in the first through fifth grades. Scouting teaches a boy to do his best, to respect himself, and to help others.

Cub Scout Pack 266 (out of Oak Grove United Methodist Church) has monthly pack meetings, camping trips, Pinewood Derby races, and much, much more.

WEBELOS CAMP

Hello All,

This year, our WEBELOS Camp is going to be held at Camp Naish on July 10th thru July 12th. We will be touring KC Soccer Stadium on our way to camp, so be sure to bring a little spending money in case you want a little something from the stadium. The adult MUST have completed the BSA Youth Protection Training class within the last 2 years in order to go. Adults wanting to attend WEBELOS Camp MUST be a registered member of the BSA in order to attend. Everyone attending MUST have completed parts A and B of the Annual Health and Medical Record form. You will not be allowed to attend without this form.

BEAR CAMP

This year, our BEAR Camp is going to be held at Camp Naish on June 22nd thru June 23rd. Each boy MUST have an adult attend with them to BEAR Camp. The adult MUST have completed the BSA Youth Protection Training class within the last 2 years in order to go. Adults do NOT need to be a registered member of the BSA to attend. Everyone attending MUST have completed parts A and B of the Annual Health and Medical Record form. You will not be allowed to attend without this form.

DAY CAMP

This year, our DAY Camp is going to be held at the American Legion Farm in Blue Springs, MO on July 8th thru July 12th. Each boy MUST have an adult attend with them to BEAR Camp. CUB MOBILE RACES

Hello All,

We are going to be having our annual Cub Mobile Races at the New Life Assemly of GOD on the South Outer Road on June 7th, 2014 starting at 9:00AM. We are asking for adults to come at 8:00AM to help setup if you can. We will open registration up at 8:30AM. There are only a couple of rules that we must remind you of:

1) All racers MUST have closed toe shoes
2) All racers MUST be wearing long pants, preferably jeans
3) All racers MUST wear a safety helmet. Your bicycle helmet will work just fine so bring it along.
4) All racers MUST wear a pair of gloves. Just about any pair of gloves will work.

It should be a good time had by all!! Look forward to seeing you all out there!

FAMILY PICNIC

Hello All,

The Pack is inviting ALL families out for a Pack picnic on the 29th of June. Bring the whole family out for an afternoon of activities, fellowship, fun, and food! The picnic will be held at Webb Pack near the Church.

Look forward to seeing you all out there amd meeting new people!

WATER ROCKETS

Hello All,

On August 23, 2014, we are proud to be hosting our annual Water Rockets at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church starting at 9:00 a.m.

A 2 liter bottle wrapped in your favorite color or designed duct tape and any other decorations you want is all you need.

Look forward to seeing all the cool designs and ideas you all come up with!
